What do we do?
We specialize in manufacturing high-quality precision mechanical components using CNC turning, CNC long turning, and CNC milling. We produce quantities ranging from 50 to over 500,000 pieces.
In addition to CNC machining, we also provide external product processing for our clients, including various surface treatments. This means we can handle the complete product processing according to your specifications, with just one point of contact for the client.
CNC Turning
CNC turning is a combination of experience, material knowledge, tool expertise, clamping techniques, machine knowledge, and creativity.
Turning is a machining process in which the product rotates while the tool performs the cutting motion. On our turning machines, we can also carry out milling operations using powered tools.
CNC Long Turning
This machine was developed for the Swiss watchmaking industry.
These machines are designed to turn small, complex, precision components. A long turner moves the product along the Z-axis while the tool remains stationary.
On our long turning machines, we can also perform milling operations using powered tools.
CNC Milling
CNC milling is performed on a milling machine, with a wide variety of milling cutter types. These include roughing mills, keyway mills, and saw mills, among others.
Additionally, the cooling method for the milling process is crucial depending on the material being machined. Metals are typically cooled using cutting fluids, which can be either organic or synthetic-based, while plastics are often cooled with compressed air.

Measuring Services
After setting up the CNC machines, the manufactured products are released by the metrology department. All products we deliver are measured before, during, and after production.
We use an advanced metrology room equipped with a CNC coordinate measuring machine (Mitutoyo), roughness meters, height gauges, optical measuring equipment, and a wide range of hand measurement tools.
Assembly
After CNC turning and/or CNC milling, the components often need to be assembled or connected to another part.
We offer the option to handle the assembly for you. We have the tools, expertise, and well-trained staff to take care of this for you without any issues.
Machine List
We have a high-quality, CNC-controlled machine park. Our machines are capable of handling a lot, but we follow the rule that the raw material must not exceed 20kg.
